Scroll Illumination No.1

I've been dabbling in doing illumination work in the SCA for 6+ months now, but only just tonight actually remembered to scan the finished piece *before* sending it in to the kingdom to be used. Hopefully from now on I'll keep remembering. ^^

Lineart and calligraphy are not mine, I simply did all the painting work. I use gouache paints primarily, with a little accenting in acrylic (mainly because I like the texture of the gold acrylic better than the gold gouache).
